Healing Touch Massage was born in 2006 and has taken many directions to create the style of work I do today. First studying Hands on Healing and Cert IV in Massage (Relaxation Massage, Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Massage for the Aged and those with Disabilities), I then complete 2 Diplomas in Massage.

• Diploma in Musculoskeletal Therapies - Remedial (Deep Tissue), Trigger Point and Musculoskeletal Therapies (injury treatment / prevention).
•  Diploma in Postural Integration – Traditional Thai and Skeletal Mobilisation.

This took me into the direction of working closely with Sports Persons, particularly Football, Soccer and Cycling where I also became Head Trainer to Division 1 Sporting Teams. During this time I also studied Crystal Therapies, Spiritual Healing and Reiki Healing.

By 2010 I had established a wonderful clientellel base however decided that it was time to move more into the  Intuitive Massage and Healing Field. I went on to graduate as a Reiki Master and studying with Doreen Virtue I became An Angel Intuitive.

With the skills learnt from working in the sports sector, and my studies in Natural and Universal Healing, I have now created a Remedial Massage with an Intuitive Healing approach to provide an all over service for my clients – Looking after the Body, Mind & Soul.

I facilitate a weekly Meditation Group in Wynn Vale and conduct Reiki Workshops as well as School Holiday Workshops for Children interested in meditation & Self Awareness. Keep your eyes posted for info on these and other courses through-out the year.

Meditation Group:

Meditation is a great way to learn to calm the mind and in return release mental & physical stress. Join this group to go on various Journeys and share experiences along the way. Develop your own intuitive skills or just relax and let the mind go… sessions conducted every Tuesday night.

Remedial, Deep Tissue & Sports Massage:  

The aim is to reduce excessive muscle tension, whether caused from sporting events, working out in the gym, or day to day stresses on the body. Working deeper into the muscles will alleviate problems as a variety of techniques, including transverse Massage, are used to loosen up stubborn tight muscles. Combined with stretches this is a very effective technique.

Trigger Point:

Is a method for effective and quick release of muscle spasm, which often causes pain and muscle weakness. Triggers generally refer pain to other areas of the body and can be released by the experienced hands.

Relaxation / Body Balancing:

For those who do not enjoy the force of deep tissue or trigger point release, yet prefer a relaxing massage which will make you feel at one with your body and your mind, while restoring balance to your soul and aura.  Long stroking techniques are used to reduce stress and relieve muscular fatigue. Allow your mind to go on its own journey with the sounds of Angelic music,while your body relaxes to the rhythm of gentle hands.

Intuitive Healing / Reiki:

Is a technique administered by hands on light-touch which promotes stress reduction and relaxation which in turn promotes healing and a sense of well-being.  Your Chakras will be balanced and released of stored negative emotions which are held in the aura. Crystals can also help to transmute negative energies which create blockages in your energy system.

Angel Intuitive Healing:

Connecting with the divine Messengers of the Creator, healing will occur on a deeper level to clean, balance and protect the Chakra system as well as the Auric self. Messages may be channeled during this session and can be combined with Oracle Card Readings.

Reiki Workshops:

Reiki (ray-kee) is a wonderful introduction to a universal Healing System. You will learn about its origins, taught the hand positions, receive attunements which will awaken you to this Universal Energy, learn Reiki symbols and learn hands-on as well as distant healing. Reiki is also a wonderful introduction to spirituality, energy & personal growth.

Children’s Awareness & Spiritual Development Workshop:

This workshop is conducted during the school holidays in a 5 hour session. The aim is for children aged approx 10yrs to 15 yrs of age who wish to explore the basics of spiritu al aspects and meditation. This will give them the tools to decide where best their interests lay and to connect with like minded children.

The workshop will explore Meditation, Positive Mind Talk, Crystals, Healing, Oracle Cards, Auras and the Angels in a safe & relaxed environment. Each child will be given a copy of a Meditation CD to take home as well as notes.
