Hello. My name is Johnny Garreffa, I am owner and operator of Ausfloors, 
a family owned business here in South Australia. I have been sanding and polishing floors for 17 years. I have not stopped learning and looking for new technology and techniques to enhance the high standard and quality of work I set for myself, for the benefits of my customers. As in this industry, you’re always learning something new in the timbers.
I take pride in myself and my work and treat every customer’s floor as if it were my own. If I’m not happy with the result, I will correct and improve until I’m satisfied. As sometimes this can happen due to various reasons eg. Age of timber, and previous condition or treatment of timber floors.
My quotes consist of:
- Client to remove all furniture and floor coverings
- All floors have nails and knot holes punched and filled, (I do not recommend filling between the boards because all floors are subject to movement)
- Sanding of the floors Vacuum all area (to remove dust)
- 3 coats of polish Tint if requested (at no charge)
- All work guaranteed Quote inclusive of GST
